Product Introduction Video for Point of Sale Display
We helped Purdy introduce a new product with a video that would be integrated into their new point of sale displays.
The Big Idea
Purdy — a leading brand of professional and DIY paint brushes, rollers, and other accessories — was ready to introduce new brush product loaded with features that would separate it from the competition. The team had developed an engaging point-of-sale display for the launch and needed a cost-effective video that would be integrated into the display to highlight all the benefits of the new product. Of the challenges with the video was that the client wanted to really leverage their emblematic red dot in the video. Our initial suggestions were to re-create the red dot as a 3D CGI and animate it — but, their budget simply wouldn’t allow for it. So we turned to our graphics team create the necessary 2D assets that could be incorporated into the video to ensure it worked within their brand standards.
