In 1987, while attending the University of Akron, Anthony's creative talents were recognized by the largest agency in the area where he worked as an Art Director. By the time of his graduation in 1988, he had already made a name for himself in the advertising community and amassed a growing client roster, which led him to join forces with Thom. With an eye to the future of advertising design, and the ever-changing media employed to gain consumer attention, Tony has spent the last 27 years assembling multi-disciplined creative talent to develop and execute fully integrated national campaigns. Tony's philosophy on the art of visual communication is carried out by ATA's Art Directors, and his influence colors all the materials that come from the agency.

  • Founded Anthony Thomas Advertising in 1988
  • Transitioned ATA's creative product from local print first to a fully integrated approach to national campaigns that include print, digital, social, web development, and broadcast
  • Directed all targeted creative content transcending multiple medias and produced cohesive integrated campaigns for ATA's national and international client roster
  • Designed and developed the 15,0000 sq. ft. creative content studio that ATA resides in today
