An entrepreneurial spirit is what drives Thom to continually lead the agency to new heights. Starting the agency a month out of college in 1988 provided a unique challenge and has given him a perspective to take on every client marketing opportunity as a personal challenge. He has been the lead in business development and account management over the years and has experience in managing the growth of a variety of B2C and B2B accounts on the agency client roster from medical, industrial, automotive and home goods industries.

  • Transformed the agency from a small, print-first local shop into a full-service agency with print, digital, social, web development and broadcast capabilities
  • Led several expansions of the agency - from an 800 sq. ft. loft to a 15,000 sq. ft. creative/content studio today
  • Graduate of the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing
  • Thom and his wife Carrie are proud parents of 19-year old twins Andrew & Alaina. They will both be attending the The Ohio State University this fall. Go BUCKS!
